The category is ranked from 1 (core habits) to 25 (advanced biohacks) in each suit. The first ones are your essentials - the big, high-impact habits that move everything else. Start there. Master them. Once the foundation is strong, move up when it feels natural. Master level 1-10, and you are already healthier than most people on this planet.

How do I start?

Open the deck and go through the cards. Keep the ones that resonate with you most - the habits that feel urgent or spark curiosity. Pick 2 or 3 to start with. Think about when they fit best - morning, during work, after dinner, before bed etc. Place those cards on separate rings where they belong: morning habits - in the bathroom, food habits - in the kitchen, work habits - on your desk or your bag.
Spread them through your day - not all at once, but in moments that make sense. You'll be gently reminded every time you see them. When a habit feels automatic, remove the card and add a new one.

How do I connect new habits to my routines?

The secret is habit stacking - linking a new habit to something you already do. This way, your brain automatically remembers it. Examples:
- While your coffee is brewing, stand on one leg to train your balance and stability.
- When you take a phone call, stand up or walk instead of sitting.
- While brushing your teeth, do a few squats. 
- Before opening your laptop, take three 4-7-8 breaths.
By attaching new habits to daily moments - brushing, waiting, calling, cooking - you don't need extra time or willpower. It becomes effortless. And that's when your longevity routine starts living inside your day.

What if I don't have time for more habits?

That's exactly why Longevita exists - because real change doesn't need more time, just smarter moments. You don't add habits, you attach them to things you already do. Each card takes seconds or minutes. Longevity isn't built in hours. It's built in micro-moments that repeat.
And many of these habits actually save you time - time you'd spend sitting in a doctor's office, recovering from burnout or fixing what could have been prevented. Invest few mindful munutes today, and you will save years of energy, joy and health later. The earlier you invest in your biology, the more life you get in return.

What do rings mean?

The rings help you organize your habits into real-life categories - morning, work, movement, nutrition, recovery. You can clip the cards where they belong:
- Morning or evening cards on your bathroom ring
- Food and hydration cards in the kitchen
- Work and focus cards near your desk or in your bag
- Movement cards on your keychain or gym bag
Each ring becomes a small rutual zone - a visual reminder of the life you are building.

When do I move to new cards?

When a habit feels natural - when you catch yourself doing it without thinking - you've won that round. Move the card to your "mastered" pile and draw a new one.
You can progress by theme or mix it up depending on your energy and goals.
Over time, you'll see the habits layering into one strong system - your personal longevity architecture.
